Hi,
I've tried to set the Dead Letter Queue Handler as a service object (a server type service) that would be turned of by a trigger action. And I'm having big problems in invoking the DLQH service, even manually.

The start command is "C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere MQ\bin\runmqdlq.exe" but the problem is how can I redirect the stdin to use the rules table in C:\Temp when invoking the DLQH as a service? Or is it even possible to have the DLQH in Services?

In DOS my DLQH works just fine (runmqdlqh.exe <C:\temp\rules.tb)

This is the error I most commonly get:
input in flex scanner failed

All help is appreciated

You don't necessarily want to do this with DLH.

What if the DLH causes a new message to get put on the DLQ? It can loop forever.

Consider scheduling it instead.

Ok, thanks for the advice! So you mean adding it to the Process Definitions?

Perhaps running it as an externally scheduled job (cron or similar)?
