Hi All,
I am facing an issue in which messages are going to a queuemanager which is suspended from a cluster. Not sure how this is happening..

The sending Qmgr is MQ V5.2 and the receiving Qmgr is MQ V5.3.. Is the difference in versions leading to this problem..

The problem is likely to be that v5.2 is very, very old and a bit dicey. Even if you fix the clustering problem, upgrade. Quickly.

Suspend is only advisory. Msgs will still go to a queue hosted on a suspended qmgr if:
There is no alternative destination for the msg, i.e. no other queue of the same name in the cluster
The msg is a cluster admin msg
The qmgr is named in the OD passed to MQOPEN
