Hi,
MB6/AIX.
Im looking for a way to assure that messages are not processed "halfway" through a deploy.
If you have an empty execution group and deploy a BAR to it, it seams like the flows starts executing before all files in the BAR have been deployed.
Problems that occur are typically "rmDictionary not found" for messages that are processed after the msgflow has been deployed but before the corresponding msgsets have been deployed.
The best way to avoid this and similar problems that I have found so far is to:
1) Stop existing flows in the execution group
2) remove flows and msgsets from execution group
3) deploy a msgsets BAR
4) deploy a flows BAR
Is this really the best way? I would like to be able to store all files for the execution group in the same bar, if possible.
We typically have many flows and msgsets per execution group.
Any comment would be appreciated. _________________ contact admin
