BackGround:
We have wmq Version: 6.0.2.0 on aix 5.2.0.0.
We have wmq Verson : 6.0.2.0 WindowsServer2003
We administer MQ Objects on AIX through WMQ Explorer on Windows.
We applied the DST path for windows, unix, dst for WMQ includes in csd 2 for WMQ
When I see About WebSphereMQ Explorer through HELP tab I am seeing like this
IBM WebSphere MQ Explorer
Version: 6.0
(c) Copyright IBM Corporation and other(s) 1994, 2005. All Rights Reserved.
Visit http://www.ibm.com/webspheremq
This product is powered by Eclipse technology. (http://www.eclipse.org)
I did the software updates through explorer too(nothing got pickedup and installed)
Problems:
1.Even after applying the patch 2 on wmq6 on windows server why my explorer is showing version 6 only
2. When I am sending the messages to the queues my browser is showing 1 hour less than actual system time.
Please help me

JTZU only updates IBM provided JRE/SDK. If you are sure that JTZU works for your MQ/MQ Explorer, what tool you used to put the msgs? Also, use 'mqver' to check the full version for your MQ compnents. |

Oh, well...I guess I misunderstood. Seems like you get the DST issue fixed by running JTZU? Actually that's what I have in my environment, it works ok for me.
My explorer doesn't show the lower level of MQ fixpak either. I didn't pay too much attention because I check MQ version by running MQ command. Perhaps that's how it works for the explorer now. |
