To all, especially our Masters and Grand Masters,

Some of you may remember my recent rant about behavior on our forums.

Don't know if this is of interest to anyone.... but I want to mention that I have been so pleased with recent posts from nearly everyone.

I have even seen some posts from newbies that might have justified a caustic response, yet restraint was used in either posting a brief response or ignoring the post entirely. Both are certainly worthy strategies.

I appreciate you letting me voice my opinions on this topic. I guess I think that, since I am probably the only grandmother on the site, I get to be the matriarch of good manners or something.

I surely have enjoyed our forum recently.

Shirley

Also, you might not be the *only* grandmother, but I think you're the most *frequent* grandmother.

I'm otherwise not naming names.

Well, csmith28, you certainly caused a momentary pause in my morning reading. Then, of course, I had to laugh out loud at you.

That's your parrot, isn't it? And that's your voice in the background, I just know it.

Honestly though, it's not me or my bird. I live in the USA and my pets are 1 Austrailian Shepard and 2 Guinea Pigs.

Aw, thank you. I've gone all warm and fuzzy.

It's this new medication I'm on.

Thinking about it, that might also explain my hot flushes and this fur....
