I am performing a work item search based on global data container values. I want to display the results with some of the GDC field values included. In order to do so I need to loop through each work item to obtain its coresponding GDC - not good for performance.

The description field is too small for all the possible data, so using that field instead of retrieving the GDC is out.

Has anyone come up with a good way of retrieving resultsets of say 100 records and their coresponding GDCs?
