Hi chaps,
Has anyone got any experience of running a Java program within USS that has MQ functionality? There's not an awful lot of detailed information around unfortunately. I see there's one post one here that mentions it but there's not a lot of detail.
What I've gathered so far is that:
You need the Java MQ classes for z/os (which I can't find anywhere yet!) and these need to be installed into USS
It needs to run as native bind
You need to set STEPLIB to point to your SCSQAUTH
Is that all I need to do?
Cheers,
Derek.

Sorry - I just found an old version of ma88 for z/os, tried it and everything works fine. Kinda neat being able to send JMS messages from z/os (I'm easily pleased!).
