Hello,

I'm working with WMQI 2.1 and MQSeries 5.3.

I wanted to know, if i delete the broker then recreate it and its complete topology, add message flows and redeploy them, all that without using any command for the config manager (like stopping it and stopping the qm), will it work properly?

Or are the data contained in the broker DB linked up with the config manager?

Don't use MQSI 2.1. Upgrade.

You need to delete the broker from the topology before you delete the broker. The config manager maintains a UUID for the brokers it's using and your new broker will have a different one.

This is documented in the manuals.

This operation is very sensitive.
First please read docs.

Here very important is sequence of operations.

First deleting from toolkit then command line.
