Hi

Check this

http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21175386

the above is for 5.3 but it will help you. for
No Windows Installer (MSI) information found for upgrade code {5A8B5D80-6DCC-4317-9922-99EC0093BF24} (Client)

and check this, hope you tried to un-install too.

MessageBox: 'Error uninstalling . Examine log file 'CSDINSTALL.LOG'. (AMQ4761)'

One Suggestion to try:
Go to control panel and disable the WMI and Event Log system service. then restart the machine and install the MQ. After successfull installation, change the 2 services to start automatically

The below site also help you some aspects.
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&context=SSEQTP&q1=amqicsdn.exe&uid=swg21179536&loc=en_US&cs=utf-8&lang=en

Thanks and Regards
