My Application gets messages from a queue, and save the necessary information in a database table.

Application and MQ Server (5.3) are installed on same machine. When application is executed. It remains terminates leaving following message in the event viewer.


The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( MQMonitorService.exe ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: The service process could not connect to the service controller.


Can someone advise, what could be the root cause of problem here.

That looks like an application produced error, where the app developers decided to write into Event Viewer without providing a proper catalog of messages.
