Is it possible to see the output from System.err and System.out without manually redirecting the streams? ( i.e. where is the default output location for System.err/System.out)

There isn't a default location.

Use MBService for logging, or create your own file.

Thanks for all replies

MBService thats what I was after. Also seen some nice java wrapper code
around calling the MBService with simplier method signatures.
