When I start debugging,

In the event viewer I get an error like this.

"An error occurred in the JNI layer during flow debugging "

Any thoughts to share on this?

hope that u doing in local machine:
1.stop all mq components.
2.stop agent controller service(hope that it was working fine b4..otherwise check prper fix pack which liase with toolkit).
3.start agent controller.
4.start mq compents as usual order.
5.More over ur message flow is running fine in execution grp.
6.Make sure that Message flow debug parameters are fine.

Then try ur luck:)
