I am curious to know whether CSD2 pack is installed on my AIX box running MQSI 2.1/mq5.2. The installtion team says they had installed it but I want to double check.

Don Know about AIX.
But on WinNT/ 2000 if you do Add/Remove Programs
and select MQSI 2.1, it will show CSD2, CSD1 and MQSI 2.1

Typically, CSDs provide uninstall option in all environments.
So chk out your uninstall option.

Also on NT/Win2K, you can a goto Start->Programs->IBM WebSphere MQIntegrator 2.1->Service Level. This will bring up memo.ptf file, within this file it will tell you what CSD you are at.

Try searching for the same file (memo.ptf) on AIX box. If the file is there it should tell you whether CSD2 is installed or not.

HI,
U can chk by running the following command to get the filesets from AIX.

lslpp -aL|grep wmqi

The fileset shud give u the latest version WMQI (which I think shud give 2.1.0.2).

Regards,
Amit

First of all I do not see any memo.ptf, so my doubt was right CSD was not applied. Now I had applied CSD and memo.ptf says CSD02.

Amit: lslpp -aL | grep wmqi shows me 2.1.0.0
