Hi,
We are trying to update our Java environment, for DST, using the JTZU support pac. It does a great job at identifying the JRE(s), SDK(s) that need to be updated, but when I run it in update mode I get the following error message:
The tool will now update the SDK/JREs detected with new timezone information, if
applicable.
java -fullversion command failed.
Jar executable could not be copied, hence exitting the tool.
I have tried stopping all Java executables and still get the same results. Any words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.
I failed to mention that this is on a Window's server.
