Hi all,
When I try to start QManager in for Message Broker, i get the following message:
The queue manager ended for reason 545284625
And when i tried mqrc, it gave me:
xecX_E_SUBPOOL_INVALID
...........
help me please!

And would you like fries with that ? 
In order to be of any help you need to:
a) specify platform, os level and MQ version + CSD
b) copy the top of the FCD you obviously got.
Hint as self help you can search on the IBM website with the probe Id.
It usually gives a good result.
