Can some explain me how MQINQ is compared to PCF in terms of performance and which one can be a overload to the queue manager? As per I am aware of I think PCF command is a overhead to QM. Correct me f am wrong. Also any link where we can compare this?

Yep....but also MQINQ can be written by any old application programmer, PCF commands tend to need a little thought about how to construct and issue them correctly.

Also you don't really want to grant administration privileges to applications. PCF is for system management purposes.
