It entirely depends on your hardware platform, complexity of your message flow, message type, size, etc.

There are few SupportPacs out there that talks about performance report for different platforms. You can download these from following url,

http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ts/mqseries/txppacs/txpm2.html

Given the input about your message flows, SupportPac IP03 - WMQI Capacity Planning tool can give you rough idea about number of msgs processed per sec.
