Hi,

I had a broker which i deleted : WBRK_BROKER.

I then created a new broker with the same name : WBRK_BROKER.

I created the broker domain and connecttion was successful.

Now when i try to deploy a flow, it deploys well, but later i get an error in the even log which reads:

BIP1536S: The Configuration Manager was unable to register for internal subscriptions with broker WBRK_BROKER.

Although the preceding deploy operation was successful, a subsequent attempt by the Configuration Manager to register for internal subscriptions with broker WBRK_BROKER was not successful. This means that Message Brokers Toolkit and Config Manager Proxy applications may not show the correct status of the resources assigned to broker WBRK_BROKER.

Look in the system log for messages that indicate the cause of this problem. Correct the cause and redeploy to this broker. If this problem persists, contact your IBM support center.

Please could someone help.

Thanks
Maria

Looks like you haven't deleted/ created the broker properly.. you haven't mentioned the procedures you have used.. or versions.

And please try searching the previous posts before posting. . you will find a lot of similar posts on this.

Hi Maria_123,

Use the API Excerciser to delete the old Broker...then add the new one.

Regards.

Hi Maria_123,
Did you cleaned up Config Managers Database, by deleting reference to previous Broker. What message did you see while connecting new broker with Config Manager? Which version of Broker you are using? If v 6 as suggested by elvis_gn use Config Manager API to delete Broker.
And it is always better to create new broker with different name other than old broker's name.
