Regarding : Websphere Messages Queue V 6 on WIN 2003 on 2 servers in a MSCS.

I need to delete/define my WMQ manager to change logging from Circular log to Linear Log. The Manager is under MSCS controle .

Do i need to remove the manager from MSCS before i delete/define the manager ?

Yes! This will ensure all Registry entries etc. for the queue manager are correctly cleaned up.

BTW... the System Administration Guide gives full information regarding MSCS, especially as regards SSL.
