I installed in the machine1 (client +server) websphere MQ and in the machine2 just a server websphere MQ. is it possible to make communicate with client of the machine1 and server of the machine2?? will have it a ambiguity of communication between the 2serveurs???
if I install in machine1 websphere MQ V 5.3(client+server) and in machine2 websphere mq v6.0(server) can make a communication with machine 1 and 2??
thanks a lot

Yes - check out the Clients manual for details. It's a lot like setting up a client to machine1.

Depends if you establish client connections to both machine1 & machine2 and how you define them both within the queue manager & to the clienting application. It's an established failover practice to want the connection to be ambiguous so MQ supports this. It's down to you to ensure this doesn't happen if you don't want it to.

It's more typical to have sender/reciever channels between 2 MQ queue managers.....
