is it possible to put messages on the remote queue using the mq-java application program

because i have tried to put message on the remote queue but am getting fallowing error

MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2045
Error while opening Qmgr MQ Queue and its Reason Code is: 2045 and Completion Co
de is 2

I have used the the Openoptions are like below

int openOptions = MQC.MQOO_INPUT_AS_Q_DEF;


Please suggest me am doing correctly or not
