Hi all,

I'm currently using the Websphere JMS server included with websphere 5.0. We turned security on for the console, which also enforces security for JMS. In Java, we just started passing the user ID and password in when we connect to the qmanager like:

QueueConnection qConnection = factory.createQueueConnection(jmsUserId, jmsPassword);

But there doesn't seem to be a corresponding functionality in the C++ API. I see a lot of references to the creation of a security exit callback function. Is there an easier way to just pass a user ID and password to MQ without all that complexity?

Thanks for any help!

Ken
