I'm getting a BIP1033E: Invalid parameters when trying to delete an execution group with the command;
mqsideleteexecutiongroup -b BMQSID2 -e "CIS Details" -n /tbin/UTIL/CMGRD2.configmgr
The message flows can be listed using quotes i.e. mqsilist BMQSID2 -e "CIS Details" so I can't see that using that as a name is invalid. I've tried double-double quotes ("") but everything I've tried errors with;
The specified flags are invalid or cannot be used together: '-etails'.
WMB6.0.0.3 running on AIX5.3

The execution group isn't listed in the WMB toolkit.

This appears to be an AIX issue only, and appears to be some kind of shell quoting problem. I haven't been able to get either mqsicreateexecutiongroup or mqsideleteexecutiongroup to accept a -e parameter with any kind of quotes.

I'm going to second pathipati - use the ConfigMgr Proxy API or the API Exerciser.

Or run the mqsideleteexecutiongroup command from Windows. It works fine with quotes there.

It isn't listed in the toolkit because someone renamed it and then deleted the renamed egroup from within the toolkit.
Just started the Configmgr Proxy API Exerciser and I can't see it listed there either. Although there is a DataFlow process running on the server followed by the number 1 - even after bouncing the broker and configmgr.

Phantom Execution Group.

Try doing a full deploy of the topology and then recycle broker.

It does work to run mqsideleteexecutiongroup ... -e "abc def" on Windows.

A full deploy and a bounce has removed the phantom execution group.

Many thanks for your help.
