Hi,
I have mesage broker 6 and File extender version 6 installed. I have configured 2 message flows.One reads flat file using Fileextender Input node and puts it onto a MQ queue using MQOutput node. The 2nd flow picks data from this queue and does some mapping and posts on another MQ queue.If i debug the message flow, it does not process the message.Whereas if i run the flow without debugger i get the output in MQOutput2 node of 2nd flow.Even if i try debugging only the 2nd flow with both the flows deployed, it does not process the message. If i try to debug any other flow which does not have Fileextender input node, it works fine.
Can anybody tell me the resolution? The Eventviewer does not show any error messages. I need the resolution ASAP.

Hi,
Sometimes the eventviewer gives a error message 'An error occurred in the JNI layer during flow debugging' and the flow in debugger mode does not pick up the message.
Any help?

Hi,
I am also facing the same issue.
From event viewer I got following message
An error occurred in the JNI layer during flow debugging
I tried reinstalling Agent Controller , but no luck. Did you get anything to fix it.

update the toolkit to the latest patch...  It has debugger improvements...

Yes,
We had also faced the same problem. After applying fixpack to the WMB Toolkit the issue got resolved. Now the toolkit version is 6.0.2
