I am trying to create the config using mqsicreatecfgmgr. The setup is to use a db2 database on the mainframe. Looks like ODBC is fine. We have also tested connectivity using db2 cca and also command line. We have created required aliases. I understand the way it works on mainframe db2 is you need to create index before creating the table (or wherever Primary key is set). sql code -540 refers to index not being available at the time of creation of the config tables. If it would have been UDB on aix/nt db2 would have automatically created the index whenever PK is part of DDL. How do I come over this ?
