All,
We have running MQSI 2.1, We also want to install Broker 6. Is it possible for 1 Queue manager to run 2 brokers.
We have an external entity connecting to our system and do not want to take our system down too long while we upgrade. If this is possible then we can slowly test and migrate 1 EG at a time from MQSI 2.1 to 6.0.

Thanks.

Anwering my own question,
a broker must have its own unique queue manager, see mqsicreatebroker command.
Wish i did this 3 days ago.
