Looking at SonicMQ, FioranoMQ, and Tibco. Anyone have recent experience with these vendors and thoughts on their products strengths and weaknesses?

What's the purpose of the query?
if it's replacing MQ or Message Broker it's dismissing the choir here

It appears that WebSphere MQ will not be used (there goes 2 years and a certification) and these are the products in the running now. I don't have any prior experience with any of them and thought maybe someone here would.

I played with SonicMQ and FioranoMQ a little, but no production experience.
i still have a hardtime "trusting" a critical messaging system running inside a JVM oh well maybe one day, for now I don't have to.

Tibco is an entirely different beastie, basically used for massive broadcast of similar information like stock quotes in dealing rooms. ofcourse it can be used for other purposes aswell, but you don't go moving your household in formula 1 car either or try to win a formula 1 race in lorry
what bothers me most about tibco is all information is broadcasted to everyone and the agents decide the information is for them or not...

if the decision is made not to use MQ, maybe it is time to cut your losses and find a job that does involve MQ ?
