Hi All,
We have like 38 connectors running on production in AIX box
with 16 gig of memory . Each connector is max conf with 128 M .
We are planning to put 30 more connectors . Do you think ICS
would support > 50 connectors. Please suggest me.
Do we have to buy another licence if we set up another ICS server
on the same box? Is this a good idea . Please suggest.
We have 166 connectors(out of which 40 are remote adapters) and 94 collaborations deployed to our production ICS server.
We had to go for a second instance of ICS server as we were getting a memory error(heap error and out of threads error) from JVM while trying to deploy more adapters. Our Second ICS server contains around 40 adapters and 15 collaborations.
Certainly, the volume and the size of messages going through your ICS will play a role in coming up with the max number of connectors that you can deploy and setup on a ICS server.
