I have a Windows .NET MQ V6 Application that uses the MQRFH_* constants defined in amqmdnet.dll and works perfectly.

I am trying to recomile the application to run on an MQ V5.3 machine, but the MQRFH_* and MQDLH_* constants are not defined in the previous version of amqmdnet.dll.

Could someone let me know where these are defined.
