What is this paremeter in ctrmqm?
-z
Suppresses error messages.
This flag is used within WebSphere MQ to suppress unwanted error messages. Because using this flag can result in loss of information, do not use it when entering commands on a command line.

***********
So what append, when exits errors?.

Its a flag that you should not use. It causes errors messages not be to displayed.

No, -z only applies to errors during the creation of the queue manager. It has no effect on errors after the queue manager has been created, you will still receive those errors.
