Error 1303: The installer has insufficient privileges to access this folder.
C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere MQ\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.mq.explorer...
How to resolve this error..
There should not be rights issue... |

Agreed.....but there obviously is! 
How are we supposed to know what the permissions are for your shop?
Trust me, MQ works just fine and you haven't discovered some amazing new problem.
Double check your permissions. The error is very clear. |

No, but there is. All over the world all sorts of people are denied their rights by a number of groups. It's a shame and we must all work to bring respect, equality and justice to an unfair and unjust world.
You can make a start by checking the permissions on your machine. Combined with your other thread:

where the attempt to start the queue manager fails with what is patently an authentication error, it's clear that whatever user id(s) you're using do not have the rights they need and you think they have.
Give MQ justice. Give it rights. Make the world (or at least your site) a better, fairer place.

I'm already drinking decaff. At least, they claim it's decaff.....
Liberal moral pointificating aside, I stand by my assertion that vivek.gargMQ has a generalised rights issue with the MQ installation he's trying to use. Possibly connected to the domain user question on Windows.
