isNum or isChar function?

Is there a built in function in the broker that can determine the type of a single character. Something similar to isNum or isChar from other languages?

I skimmed the help but could not come up with the function.

Let us know if you find one. I have had to right mine, using BETWEEN 'A' AND 'Z' OR BETWEEN 'a' AND 'z' for IsChar.

BETWEEN '0' AND '9' for IsNum

No luck finding a function for it.
