When I was issuing this command i was not able to create the configmanager
Can anyone help me in getting out of this problem
C:\IBM\MQSI\6.0>mqsicreateconfigmgr configmgr -i admin -a admin1234 -q WMB
Message not logged as the event source was invalid
BIP8078E: A problem was encountered while attempting to create/delete the Config
uration Manager.
The operation was not completed successfully.
Check messages in the system log for related errors and retry the operation. If
the problem still occurs, contact your IBM support center.

I was unable to acces the Event Viewer.
Whenever iam trying to access it,Iam getting Access is denied error |

Then you need to fix that first .... I guess you need some sort of admin authority....

Perhaps, but without looking at the Event viewer, you're not
(1) going to be able to see if the broker or configmgr actually started
(2) look at any runtime broker errors ...
so...you need to fix the problem with looking at the Event viewer ....
