MQSeries.net :: View topic - A call to ImqQueue.put() that fails with MQRC_HCONN_ERROR !

Hello,

I am running into a problem where a call to ImqQueue.put() fails and the
reasonCode that is matching with this failure is MQRC_HCONN_ERROR.

Some notes:
---------------
- The call to ImqQueueManager.connect() has been successfull
- The call to ImqQueue.open() has also been successfull.
- We are running on HP-UX 10.20 using multi-thread and using the
libraries having the "_r" suffix (as per the MQSeries documentation).

The only thing I see that may justify such problem is that the Thread that has created the instances of ImqQueueManager and ImqQueue and called the connect() and open() methods (ie: main() thread) is NOT the same that is executing the call to ImqQueue.put() ???

NOTE: Both Threads are NEVER re-entered !!!

Is there any known restrictions in this matter ?
