We have a contract need (two openings) in St. Paul, MN for an MQ Admin/Integration Specialist.
Complete Description:
Provide WMQ and WMB expertise to cross-functional team for the research of application/system best practices. Provide leadership in proposing WMQ object definition, use of the WBI architecture and rollout of related products; Install and maintain WMQ, WMB and related products. Performing daily administrative tasks including WMQ and WMB configuration, application monitoring, and administering security. Engineer solutions for enterprise level applications in highly available, fault tolerant environments. Provide operational 24x7 support and able to monitor and trouble shoot systems, manage software change, and escalate problems to vendors. The candidate should be comfortable conveying complex technology concepts to the management team and user community and willingness to mentor and develop more junior engineers.
