I have to create a copy of a production MQ manager on a backup AS400 system. Both production and disaster recovery AS 400 systems are on the network and should not have two MQ managers with the same name active, that's why I cannot bring down the production MQ manager while creating a backup MQ manager.
What procedures should I use to save and restore a specific Mq Manager ?

There is a support pac called MS03 or popularly known as saveqmgr
