I'm experiencing strange behaviour with userids over DQM between NT and NT and NT and AIX.

Basically...if I send an upper case userid through a remote channel definition it comes out at the other end in lower case! This happens for both NT and AIX but not for OS/390 where it arrives unchanged! I can't see any mention of this "feature" in any of the manuals (I did find a bit about using only lower case userids in AIX in Chapter 10 of the System Admin guide)!

This is causing us problems with WMQI pub sub where we have an upper case userid specifed in a Pub Sub topic (running on Windows NT). I though there was no case sensitivity in NT but I guess the Pub Sub stuff does its own thing!!

Thanks,

Derek.
