If you mean the IBM supplied Explorer, it's on the install media supplied. If you mean MQJExplorer Google says it's at:

Hey,

That link http://www.kolban.com/mqjexplorer/code/Windows/NoVM/install.exe says I am lost. Basically the download is not provided there. Can I download it from anywhere else ?
