Hi!
A simple question(s) that i couldnt find in documentation.
How does MQ EXPLORER connect to a remote qmanger?
Which channel?
And how do i choose which "way" i want MQ EXPLORER should connect?
For example if a define a SVRCONN channel that i want MQ EXPLORER to connect throught where to set this in MQ EXPLORER?

From memory, as I only have V6 now. When you select "Show a QM", you have a choice between a Local QM, and a Remote. When you select the Remote option, the text boxes, for the Connection information become "avaialable". That's where thye server name/address goes. The channel used is always SYSTEM.ADMIN.SVRCONN.

Yes, for pre-V6, the channel used is always SYSTEM.ADMIN.SVRCONN, and cannot be changed.
