We have an application which has only one default user, now i want to create another user so that we can use that id to login to WBI monitor.

I created the following FDL

PERSON 'MONUSER'
AUTHORIZED_FOR PROCESS_CATEGORY ALL
AUTHORIZED_FOR WORKITEMS_OF 'WFADMIN'
PASSWORD 'password'
IS_NOT_ABSENT
DO NOT RESET_ABSENT
GROUP 'FMCGRP'
SYSTEM 'FMCSYS'
END 'MONUSER'

It imported properly and i could login to monitor also using this user id, but when i click the workflow dashboard it gives an error saying that user does not have permission to any processes

Are there any additional permissions which i have to give so that this user can view all the processes and the workitems created by the WFADMIN user

Please advice

Not sure if this is the answer, because I am not a monitor user... but try adding AS_ADMINISTRATOR to your Process category authorization
