mySAP.com adapter sometimes cannot receive events sent from SAP. There is no error message found in the adapter's log, but there are messages "SapRfcServerConnectorAgent.handleRequest()" found in SAP GUI under "Transactional RFC" menu.

This problem seems to happen and disappear unpredictably without any noticeable correlation to the load of events or types of IDOC sent from SAP.


I have no idea what's the cause of this incident or which things I should concern (adapter, jCO, SAP, network). Please kindly help me...


Software Info :
SAP Application version 4.6C
WebSphere Business Integration Adapter Framework version:2.6.0.5
Adapter for mySAP.com version:6.0.6
jCO Version = "2.1.7 (2006-06-12)"

Try bumping the Trace level in the connector config to 5, re-start adapter and test to see if you can find anything.
