Using channel .TAB file I want to put a message into a queue in java program, when I run the following program I am getting this error
MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2009
com.ibm.mq.MQException: MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2009
at com.ibm.mq.MQQueueManager.sequentialConstruct(MQQueueManager.java:978)
at com.ibm.mq.MQQueueManager.<init>(MQQueueManager.java:819)
at PutMsgToQueue.main(PutMsgToQueue.java:35)
This is the program :
public class PutMsgToQueue
{
private String qManager = "TEST_QM"; // define name of queue
// manager to connect to.
private MQQueueManager qMgr; // define a queue manager
// object
public static void main(String args[]) {
PutMsgToQueue pQueue =null;
try{
pQueue=new PutMsgToQueue();
//MQEnvironment.channel="DEFAULT.JAVA.CHANNEL";
MQEnvironment.channel="";
java.net.URL chanTab1 = new URL("file:///C:/Program Files/IBM/WebSphere MQ/AMQCLCHL.TAB");
System.out.println(chanTab1.toString());
MQQueueManager mars = new MQQueueManager(qManager , chanTab1);
System.out.println("Test");
// pQueue.write();
}catch(Exception e){
//System.out.println("test"+e);
e.printStackTrace();
}
}

Are there any interesting messages in the MQ server's log?
You should read this, a long discussion on java client channel tables:
