glue: have been requested to assist our client in recruiting them an IBM Message Broker Team Leader to work within their IT integration department. The appointed candidate will become a part of the EAI development team, the main purpose of this role will be to manage a small team in the development and maintenance of software integration solutions and manage small projects in line with customer needs. The ideal candidate will ideally have a development background and you will have good development experience of IBM Websphere integration products, particularly MQ, Message Broker and WAS. Good Java skills are essential. Process Server experience would be a bonus. The successful candidate will have a well-developed interpersonal, team working and communications skills developed in a highly focussed environment and have a proven ability to solve problems to tight deadlines coupled with a flexible attitude.
