Hi

In which way,

Do you have a MQ V5.2 on any server, which is trying to connect with MQ V6

or please let us know what you are trying to say.

Thanks and Regards
Gayathri

Server to server should be fine.

Not sure about client to server but suffice to say 5.2 is way out of support so if you are talking about a 5.2 client....upgrade!

Works here.

And yes, 5.2 is OofS. We know. We've got MSQI 2.1 as well, and that's OofS. It's a cross we bear.

Client channels are really not much different from server ones.

5.2 client and 6 server should be fine. Not sure about the reverse.

I'd rather do a 6.0 client to a v5.2 server than the other way around. I'd know for a fact that the client code was as bug free as possible - and had been designed for backwards compatibility.

Regardless, upgrade the client! It's free!
