Hi

I 'am trying to connect q-manager using MO71 and client . Every try is ending wiht such message 9 (in client error log):

AMQ9541: MQM could not display the text for error 536909121.

MO71 returns 2059 - q-manager unavialable . I checked that q-manager and listener are running, channels are set up properly. Please advice.

Which platform? Is it a iSeries? If yes you may need to have MQ message file in you library list.

Q- manager is placed on unix ( SunOs , HP-UX) , client is on windows

536909121 is 20009541; AMQ9541 is rrcE_INVALID_CCSID.

What platfrom is the client and server?
What is the CCSID of the qmgr on the server?

You may need to set MQCCSID on the client to a code page compatible with the server.
