I've just installed FP2 o a MQ Windows 6.0.1.1. on a test machine

I'm unable to start my q managers, or create a new one.
Uncommon errors, for example:
strmqm QMAA gives:
The Queue Manager ended for reason 545284208 '' and the fdc follows. Any clues?

Thanks
ramires

Did you reboot the machine after the fixpack install?

Do you have a lot of messages on a queue?

Do you have a reasonable amount of free diskspace available?

Do you have a reasonable amount of free memory available?

I've several queue managers in this machine, (its a test machine), almost empty all the queues.
Disk space free is 2gb , ram is 2gb (1,1 gb free)

Do you get these errors when you try to start *any* queue manager, when all are stopped?

Or do you only get them when you try and start, for example, the 10th queue manager - regardless of which one that is?

The error happens for all qmanagers. For each one I try to start, process amqxssvn.exe starts. I've to kill this process after.

I deleted the log file created during FP2 installation, but the final result was "0". “dspmqver” shows:
Name: WebSphere MQ
Version: 6.0.2.0
CMVC level: p600-200-060921
BuildType: IKAP - (Production)

So if no queue managers are running, whichever one you start will have this problem and will be hung until you kill amqsxssvn.exe?

Are you running under a local ID or a Domain ID? Is it possible that permissions changed for the MQ service user?

I'm using a local id.

I tried to remove RP2 with "amqicsdn.exe MQPUNINST=1" but failed with files in use, which is not true. Then tried to remove RP2 with "amqicsdn.exe MQPUNINST=1 MQPINUSEOK=1" again files in use message

Then, reinstalled RP2 with "amqicsdn.exe MQPINUSEOK=1", at the end asked for a reboot, which i did, but starting qmgrs still fails.
...
next...reinstall MQ

RP2 applied and qmgrs working. For each one I start I get:

D:\IBM\WMQ>strmqm QMQUAL
WebSphere MQ queue manager 'QMQUAL' starting.
5 log records accessed on queue manager 'QMQUAL' during the log replay phase.
Log replay for queue manager 'QMQUAL' complete.
Transaction manager state recovered for queue manager 'QMQUAL'.
Migrating objects for QMQUAL.
Default objects statistics : 0 created. 1 replaced. 0 failed.
WebSphere MQ queue manager 'QMQUAL' started.
.
is this new with 6.0.2.0? Migrating objects for ...
I see the following objects altered (from ALTDATE and ALTTIME)

SYSTEM.CHANNEL.INITQ
SYSTEM.CLUSTER.TRANSMIT.QUEUE
SYSTEM.MQEXPLORER.REPLY.MODEL
