Use the dspmqcsv command to display the status of the command server for the
specified queue manager.

i did not what does this mean "display the status of the command server "
pls help me uinderstanding this command

It displays the status of the command server (e.g. Stopped). What's not to understand??

Am I missing a fairly obvious question here? It's certainly my day for it...

Command server is that piece of a queue manager, that processes PCF messages. PCF messages are generally used for remote administration and monitoring MQ.
