I have been browsing the documentation and I have not found the XML field description.

For example:

ProcInstId

I know it exists and it is part of the XML strucres, but I cannot find specifical information about he meaning of that field in the Programming Guide.l

Where can I find it?

This is part of the ProcessInstanceCreateAndStart Response message. You should see that message in the programming guide.

The value if I recall correctly is the OID of the created Process Instance.
