I've installed on Windows XP Pro, MQ, message broker, and message broker toolkit and getting an error message when trying to verify my configuration using the toolkit using the wizard: "the wizard has been disabled as no locally installed broker runtimes are present." I've installed version 6 of mq, broker, and message broker toolkit. I'm new to broker and tool kit. What's causing this problem.
