I am currently seeking 2 MQSeries Administrators in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The office is on walking distance of the Amsterdam Bijlmer train station. Contractors are invited to respond, yet encouraged to contemplate becoming a permanent employee.
1 position is in the Development/Systemtest environment, the other in the Acceptancetest and Production environment (24/7 support role).
Please review the shortlist below and feel free to contact me for additional information on the positions.
Experienced MQ Series Administrator: 3 month contract, tacitly renewable.
· Indepth knowledge of MQ v5.3 on Unix (Sun/AIX) and Wintel (XP/2003). Experience with MQ v6 is an advantage, you could be considered to take the lead in the project of migrating all v5.3 qmgrs (100+) to v6 and create migration proposals for partner sites across the globe.
· Experience with WBIMB v5, experience with WBIMB v6 is an advantage, you could be asked to participate in the project of migrating our WBIMB v5 environments to v6.
· Candle Monitoring experience is an advantage.
· Korn-shell, SQL, some VB6, MS Office is required.
· Good communication and self starter skills, demonstrate a professional attitude.
· The 24/7 support role is an on-call shift and occasional requires working in the weekend/evening.
· We will NOT assist contractors in the relocation process.
· Rates negotiable.

Hi Willem ,
Is there any permanent position in MQ Series and WBIMB, I have total experience about 4.5+ years and out of which 2+ year in MQ Series v5.3 and WBIMBv5.0. Persently i am Working with CMM level 5 company in india. I am Interested in Permanent position only. Please let me know if there is any such opportunity exits.

Hi all.
I have had several very promissing responses which I am going to follow up on.
I hereby will "freeze" my ad, meaning I will not take more cv's in consideration. If it turns out I cannot select the right candidate from my current pool, I will unfreeze my ad again.
